    These Pre-Launch Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and waitlist operated by Mora Travel Collective LLC, doing business as Omora ("Omora," "we," "our," or "us"), prior to the official launch of the Omora platform.

    By accessing our website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

    Pre-Launch Nature of the Platform

    Omora is currently in a pre-launch phase. Features, pricing, availability, and functionality described on this website are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

    Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, early access, pricing, or membership.

    Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to join the Omora waitlist.

    Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the website for unlawful purposes
    • Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you
    • Interfere with or disrupt the site or services

    Intellectual Property

    All content, branding, trademarks, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Omora and may not be used without prior written permission.

    No Travel Services

    Omora is not a travel agency and does not sell or book travel at this pre-launch stage. Any references to hotels, travel, or future services are informational only.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the waitlist.

    Modifications

    We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    Text Messaging Terms (SMS & RCS)

    Program name and description. The Omora Waitlist & Membership Alerts program sends account and membership text messages to people who provide their mobile number to Omora. Messages include waitlist confirmations, requests to complete sign-up, waitlist status updates, referral milestones, invitation confirmations, verification codes, and replies to questions you send us.

    Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Most members receive fewer than 6 messages per month.

    Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Omora does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply.

    Customer care. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email info@omora.travel.

    Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to end messages at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

    Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. Omora does not share text messaging consent information or mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
